Our Legal Notices, Written Plainly
This is the legal corner of mata365 — the page where our account terms, lobby access rules and platform policies sit in one readable place. We've kept the...
Policy Posture and Jurisdiction Scope
Our legal posture is built around one idea: you should know what you're agreeing to before the lobby opens. mata365 operates where local law permits, and access from supported Indonesia regions is governed by the account terms you accept at sign-up. We log policy revisions with dated entries so any clause you read today is the clause we'll honour tomorrow. If a
regulation shifts in your area, we update the relevant notice and surface a banner on your account home. Disputes are routed through the channels listed below, and we keep the escalation path short. Payment context — DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS — is covered in the cashier terms.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
How We Review Our Policies
Versioned Clauses
Every policy clause carries a version stamp so you can see when it last changed. Older versions stay archived on our legal shelf for reference if you opened your account under previous wording.
Named Reviewers
Our policy edits go through named legal reviewers, not anonymous edits. The reviewer initials sit at the bottom of each notice so accountability is visible rather than buried.
Plain English First
We draft in plain English first, then add the precise legal phrasing where it's needed. This keeps the notice readable on your phone without losing the contractual weight of the clause.
Indonesia Scope Notes
Where a clause behaves differently across Indonesia regions, we flag the scope inline. You won't have to cross-reference a separate annex to understand how a rule applies to your account.
Change Log
A running change log records what shifted, when and why. We summarise material edits at the top of the document so you can scan the delta without re-reading the whole notice.
Independent Audit
We submit our policy stack to independent review on an annual cadence. The auditor's confirmation reference is published alongside the terms once the cycle closes for that calendar year.
